TAG Heuer Client Advisor

- Drive boutique sales and consistently meet individual KPIs through superior client engagement, storytelling, upselling and closing techniques.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships via proactive clienteling, personalized outreach, appointment setting and follow-up.
- Deliver an outstanding omnichannel client experience by leveraging all customer touchpoints and coordinating in-store and digital interactions.
- Represent the brand at events and in public, communicating TAG Heuer’s history, DNA and product technicalities to build trust and affinity.
- Execute daily boutique operations including inventory management, cash handling, security, store opening/closing and after-sales coordination until watch return.
- Use and maintain front- and back-office retail tools (CEGID, Salesforce), ensuring accurate client data collection and CRM hygiene.
- Implement visual merchandising standards (window animation, product presentation, catalogues) and adhere to grooming and conduct guidelines.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment and ensure compliance with internal control and retail procedures.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury retail or client-facing sales (watches, jewelry or high-end fashion preferred).
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
- Demonstrated selling skills: client discovery, product presentation, objection handling, upselling and closing.
- Strong knowledge or passion for watches, lifestyle trends, sports and related technologies.
- Familiarity with retail metrics and KPIs (traffic, conversion, ASP, sales mix) and clienteling KPIs.
- Digital literacy with experience using CRM and retail platforms; proficiency with CEGID and Salesforce preferred.
- Ability to represent the Maison professionally in and outside the boutique; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Minimum three years of experience in luxury retail or client-facing sales roles, ideally with exposure to watches, jewelry or premium accessories and a track record of meeting sales targets.
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or tertiary education in retail, luxury brand management, hospitality or a related field is a plus.
