- Advise national and international clientele, embodying the excellence and values of the Maison.
- Establish, develop, and maintain close relationships with clients, ensuring impeccable service.
- Contribute to achieving the boutique's sales targets.
- Actively participate in internal and external events and promotions.
- Assist in stock management, as well as the daily organization and tidying of the boutique.
- Ensure the implementation of Visual Merchandising, both for the window display and the presentation of products in the boutique, ensuring that the brand image is respected in all circumstances.
- Ensure follow-up on after-sales service and potential repairs, in coordination with clients, the logistics team, and the workshop.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or in a client-facing role dealing with a demanding clientele, ideally in the luxury sector.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to listen to customers and offer tailored solutions.
- Attention to detail and an eye for refinement.
- Knowledge of trends in the watch market.
- Team spirit and collaborative working style.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a client-facing role, preferably within the luxury sector.
