- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Enhance the client experience by ensuring omnichannel sales strategies are implemented, considering all client touchpoints.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA both in-store and at events.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging provided tools to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Ensure qualitative client data collection and utilize this data to address clients in a personally relevant manner.
- Contribute to daily operational processes under boutique management supervision, including inventory, cash handling, and store maintenance.
- Apply rigorous guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- Strong selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
- Knowledge of sales and clienteling KPIs.
- Proficiency in digital tools and retail procedures.
- Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable to changes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Team spirit, high integrity, and transparency.
- Digitally savvy, fast learner, and rigorous.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail, with a focus on sales and client development.
Salary ranges from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, plus commission and quarterly bonus.
