1. Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
2. Enhance the client experience by ensuring omnichannel sales strategies are implemented, considering all client touchpoints.

4. Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA both in-store and at events.
5. Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging provided tools to build long-lasting client relationships.
6. Ensure qualitative client data collection and utilize this data to address clients in a personally relevant manner.
7. Contribute to daily operational processes under boutique management supervision, including inventory, cash handling, and store maintenance.
8. Apply rigorous guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.
9. Ensure compliance with internal control policies.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.

1. Strong selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
2. Knowledge of sales and clienteling KPIs.
3. Proficiency in digital tools and retail procedures.
4. Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail, with a focus on sales and client development.

Salary ranges from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, plus commission and quarterly bonus.
