- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Enhance the client experience by maintaining an omnichannel approach, ensuring seamless interactions across all touchpoints.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA and promoting the brand at events and within the community.
- Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through personalized outreach and clienteling strategies.
- Contribute to operational excellence by adhering to retail and administrative processes, including inventory management and store maintenance.
- Utilize digital tools and systems such as CEGID and Salesforce to optimize sales and client interactions.
- Support aftersales operations and ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of watches, lifestyle trends, and new technologies.
- Exceptional selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
- Proficient in understanding and utilizing sales and clienteling KPIs.
- Digitally savvy with a strong grasp of digital tools and retail procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and propose innovative solutions.
A minimum of two years of experience in a luxury retail environment is required.
Pay is commensurate with experience: $15.00 - $18.00 hourly rate plus commission and quarterly bonus.
