1. Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
2. Enhance the client experience by maintaining an omnichannel approach, ensuring seamless interactions across all touchpoints.
3. Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA and promoting the brand at events and within the community.
4. Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through personalized outreach and clienteling strategies.
5. Contribute to operational excellence by adhering to retail and administrative processes, including inventory management and store maintenance.
6. Utilize digital tools and systems such as CEGID and Salesforce to optimize sales and client interactions.
7. Support aftersales operations and ensure compliance with internal control policies.

1. Minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Fluency in English and Spanish; additional language skills are advantageous.
3. Strong knowledge of watches, lifestyle trends, and new technologies.

1. Exceptional selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
2. Proficient in understanding and utilizing sales and clienteling KPIs.
3. Digitally savvy with a strong grasp of digital tools and retail procedures.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and propose innovative solutions.

A minimum of two years of experience in a luxury retail environment is required.

Pay is commensurate with experience: $15.00 - $18.00 hourly rate plus commission and quarterly bonus.
