- Drive sales performance by achieving sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Enhance boutique sales and achieve objectives by focusing on personal KPIs and delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
- Support colleagues and team members within the boutique environment.
- Maintain an omnichannel sales approach to ensure optimal client experiences across all touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising, events, and product mix strategies.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA both in-store and at events.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools for client outreach and appointments.
- Ensure qualitative client data collection and utilize data to engage clients in a personalized manner.
- Communicate the brand story and product advantages to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to daily operational processes under boutique management supervision, including inventory and security.
- Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively and perform visual merchandising tasks.
- Coordinate aftersales operations until product return.
- Apply guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge and passion for watches, lifestyle trends, new technologies, and sports.
- Proficient selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, and sales closing.
- Understanding of sales KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and sales volume.
- Knowledge of clienteling KPIs and digital tools.
- Familiarity with brand DNA, history, and collections.
- Competence with front and back-end retail tools and procedures.
- Client-centric mindset focused on recruiting and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Adaptable and flexible with a team spirit and high integrity.
- Digitally savvy and a fast learner.
Minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail environment.
Salary ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, plus commission and quarterly bonus.
