1. Drive sales performance by achieving sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
2. Enhance boutique sales and meet objectives by focusing on key performance indicators and delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
3. Support colleagues and team members within the boutique environment.
4. Maintain an omnichannel sales approach to ensure optimal client experiences across all touchpoints.
5. Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising, events, and product mix.
6. Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA both inside and outside the boutique.
7. Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools for client outreach and appointments.
8. Ensure high-quality client data collection and utilize data to engage clients in a personalized manner.
9. Communicate the brand story and technical details effectively to build trust and long-term relationships.
10. Contribute to daily operational processes under boutique management supervision, including inventory, cash handling, and security.
11. Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively and perform visual merchandising tasks.
12. Coordinate aftersales operations until the return of the watch.
13. Adhere to grooming, attitude, and visual merchandising guidelines.
14. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
15. Ensure compliance with internal control policies.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
