- Drive sales performance by achieving sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Enhance boutique sales and meet objectives by focusing on key performance indicators and delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
- Support colleagues and team members within the boutique environment.
- Maintain an omnichannel sales approach to ensure optimal client experiences across all touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising, events, and product mix.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA both inside and outside the boutique.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools for client outreach and appointments.
- Ensure high-quality client data collection and utilize data to engage clients in a personalized manner.
- Communicate the brand story and technical details effectively to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Contribute to daily operational processes under boutique management supervision, including inventory, cash handling, and security.
- Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively and perform visual merchandising tasks.
- Coordinate aftersales operations until the return of the watch.
- Adhere to grooming, attitude, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on recruiting and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility to embrace change and propose new ideas.
- Strong team spirit with high integrity and transparency.
- Ability to represent the brand both inside and outside the store with excellent presentation skills.
- Digitally savvy, fast learner, and rigorous in execution.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
