- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Enhance client experience by providing exceptional service and leveraging omnichannel sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a brand ambassador both in-store and at events.
- Ensure accurate client data collection and utilize it to personalize client interactions and grow the business.
- Contribute to operational excellence by adhering to retail and administrative processes, including inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance.
- Utilize digital tools such as CEGID and Salesforce to enhance sales and clienteling efforts.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, attitude, and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
- Support aftersales operations and ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in luxury retail or related fields.
- Full commercial training preferred.
- Affinity with fashion and jewelry/watchmaking.
- Experience with visual merchandising as a sales tool.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; a third language is advantageous.
- Strong selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
- Understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs.
- Proficiency in digital tools and a keen interest in brand DNA and history.
- Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to generate new ideas and solutions.
- Strong team spirit with high integrity and transparency.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in luxury retail or related areas.
