10. Contribute to daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store opening/closing procedures.
11. Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce efficiently and perform visual merchandising tasks.
12. Coordinate aftersales operations and ensure the timely return of watches.
13. Maintain compliance with internal control policies and contribute to a positive work environment.

1. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in store or related areas.
2. Full commercial training is advantageous.
3. Affinity with fashion and jewelry/watchmaking.

1. Fluency in English and Spanish; a third language is a plus.
2. Strong selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
3. Understanding of sales KPIs and clienteling metrics.
4. Knowledge of luxury retail environment and brand DNA.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
7. Adaptable, flexible, and able to propose new ideas.
8. Team spirit with high integrity and transparency.
9. Digitally savvy and a fast learner.
