- Drive boutique sales by achieving personal sales targets and contributing to team objectives through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences and services, ensuring a memorable client journey.
- Support colleagues and team members to foster a collaborative boutique environment.
- Utilize omnichannel sales strategies to enhance client experiences across all touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising, events, and product mix.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA both in-store and at external events.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging provided tools for outreach, appointments, and sales.
- Ensure accurate client data collection and use the information to personalize client interactions.
- Communicate the brand story and technical details effectively to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store opening/closing procedures.
- Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce efficiently and perform visual merchandising tasks.
- Coordinate aftersales operations and ensure the timely return of watches.
- Maintain compliance with internal control policies and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in store or related areas.
- Full commercial training is advantageous.
- Affinity with fashion and jewelry/watchmaking.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; a third language is a plus.
- Strong selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
- Understanding of sales KPIs and clienteling metrics.
- Knowledge of luxury retail environment and brand DNA.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to propose new ideas.
- Team spirit with high integrity and transparency.
- Digitally savvy and a fast learner.
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or related fields, with a focus on client interaction and sales.
