- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and services in-store, ensuring a memorable shopping journey.
- Support colleagues and team members within the boutique to foster a collaborative environment.
- Utilize omnichannel sales strategies to enhance client experiences across all touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising strategies, event planning, and product mix optimization.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA in and outside the boutique, particularly at events.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools for client outreach, appointments, and sales.
- Ensure accurate and qualitative client data collection to personalize client interactions and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Communicate the brand story and technical details in an inspiring manner to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to daily operational excellence, including inventory management, cash handling, and store opening and closing procedures.
- Utilize digital tools effectively, including CEGID and Salesforce, and perform visual merchandising tasks.
- Coordinate aftersales operations until the return of the watch.
- Maintain compliance with internal control policies and contribute to store maintenance.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in retail or related areas.
- Full commercial training is preferred.
- Affinity with fashion and jewelry/watchmaking.
- Experience with Visual Merchandising as a sales tool.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; a third language is advantageous.
- Strong selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, and sales closing.
- Understanding of sales KPIs such as traffic, conversion, sales volume and value, ASP, and sales mix.
- Knowledge of luxury retail environment and clienteling KPIs.
- Proficiency in digital tools and retail procedures.
- Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to propose new ideas and solutions.
- Team spirit with high integrity and transparency.
- Digitally savvy and a fast learner.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or related areas, with a strong preference for those with full commercial training.
