1. Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
2. Deliver exceptional client experiences and services in-store, ensuring a memorable shopping journey.
3. Support colleagues and team members within the boutique to foster a collaborative environment.
4. Utilize omnichannel sales strategies to enhance client experiences across all touchpoints.
5. Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising strategies, event planning, and product mix optimization.
6. Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA in and outside the boutique, particularly at events.
7. Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools for client outreach, appointments, and sales.
8. Ensure accurate and qualitative client data collection to personalize client interactions and capitalize on business opportunities.
9. Communicate the brand story and technical details in an inspiring manner to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
10. Contribute to daily operational excellence, including inventory management, cash handling, and store opening and closing procedures.
11. Utilize digital tools effectively, including CEGID and Salesforce, and perform visual merchandising tasks.
12. Coordinate aftersales operations until the return of the watch.
13. Maintain compliance with internal control policies and contribute to store maintenance.
14. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.

1. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in retail or related areas.
2. Full commercial training is preferred.
3. Affinity with fashion and jewelry/watchmaking.
4. Experience with Visual Merchandising as a sales tool.

1. Fluency in English and Spanish; a third language is advantageous.
2. Strong selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, and sales closing.
3. Understanding of sales KPIs such as traffic, conversion, sales volume and value, ASP, and sales mix.
4. Knowledge of luxury retail environment and clienteling KPIs.
5. Proficiency in digital tools and retail procedures.
6. Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
8. Adaptable, flexible, and able to propose new ideas and solutions.
9. Team spirit with high integrity and transparency.
10. Digitally savvy and a fast learner.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or related areas, with a strong preference for those with full commercial training.
