- Drive sales and achieve boutique objectives by leveraging personal KPIs and delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
- Support and collaborate with team members to enhance boutique performance.
- Utilize omnichannel sales strategies to optimize client experiences across all touchpoints.
- Innovate and propose new sales development ideas, including merchandising and events.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA at events and in daily interactions.
- Achieve clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Collect and utilize qualitative client data to personalize client interactions and grow the business.
- Communicate the brand story and technical details to build trust and foster long-term client relationships.
- Contribute to daily operational excellence, including inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance.
- Utilize digital tools effectively and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Coordinate aftersales operations and ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a store or related areas.
- Affinity with fashion and jewelry/watchmaking.
- Experience with Visual Merchandising as a sales tool.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; a third language is advantageous.
- Strong selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
- Understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs.
- Proficiency with digital tools and retail procedures.
- Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Adaptable and flexible, with a team spirit and high integrity.
- Digitally savvy and a fast learner.
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field, with a focus on client service and sales.
