1. Drive sales and achieve boutique objectives by leveraging personal KPIs and delivering exceptional in-store experiences.

3. Utilize omnichannel sales strategies to optimize client experiences across all touchpoints.
4. Innovate and propose new sales development ideas, including merchandising and events.
5. Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA at events and in daily interactions.
6. Achieve clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools to build long-lasting client relationships.
7. Collect and utilize qualitative client data to personalize client interactions and grow the business.
8. Communicate the brand story and technical details to build trust and foster long-term client relationships.
9. Contribute to daily operational excellence, including inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance.
10. Utilize digital tools effectively and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines.
11. Coordinate aftersales operations and ensure compliance with internal control policies.

1. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a store or related areas.
2. Affinity with fashion and jewelry/watchmaking.
3. Experience with Visual Merchandising as a sales tool.

1. Fluency in English and Spanish; a third language is advantageous.
2. Strong selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
3. Understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs.
4. Proficiency with digital tools and retail procedures.
5. Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
