- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Enhance client experiences by providing exceptional service and fostering long-lasting relationships.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA and promoting the brand at events and in-store.
- Support boutique operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance.
- Utilize digital tools and CRM systems to enhance clienteling efforts and sales strategies.
- Contribute to visual merchandising efforts and maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies and retail procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail or related fields.
- Full commercial training is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; a third language is advantageous.
- Affinity with fashion and jewelry/watchmaking.
- Strong selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems.
- Team-oriented with high integrity and transparency.
Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail or related areas, with experience in visual merchandising as a sales tool.
