1. Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
2. Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment within the boutique.
3. Ensure a seamless omnichannel client experience by considering all customer touchpoints.
4. Propose innovative ideas to enhance sales, including merchandising and event planning.
5. Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA both in-store and at events.
6. Achieve clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools to build lasting client relationships.
7. Collect and utilize client data to personalize interactions and capitalize on business opportunities.
8. Communicate the brand story and technical details to build trust and long-term client relationships.
9. Contribute to operational excellence by adhering to retail and administrative processes.
10. Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively and perform visual merchandising tasks.
11. Coordinate aftersales operations and ensure compliance with internal control policies.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail.
2. Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.

1. Strong knowledge of the luxury retail environment and passion for watches.
2. Proficient selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
3. Understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs.
4. Familiarity with digital tools and brand retail procedures.
5. Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
7. Adaptable, flexible, and able to propose new ideas and solutions.
8. Team spirit with high integrity and transparency.
9. Digitally savvy and a fast learner.

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail is required.
