- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment within the boutique.
- Ensure a seamless omnichannel client experience by considering all customer touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas to enhance sales, including merchandising and event planning.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA both in-store and at events.
- Achieve clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools to build lasting client relationships.
- Collect and utilize client data to personalize interactions and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Communicate the brand story and technical details to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Contribute to operational excellence by adhering to retail and administrative processes.
- Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively and perform visual merchandising tasks.
- Coordinate aftersales operations and ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury retail environment and passion for watches.
- Proficient selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
- Understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs.
- Familiarity with digital tools and brand retail procedures.
- Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to propose new ideas and solutions.
- Team spirit with high integrity and transparency.
- Digitally savvy and a fast learner.
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail is required.
