- Drive sales performance by consistently achieving sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Play a central role on the sales floor, enhancing boutique sales and achieving objectives by focusing on individual KPIs and delivering memorable in-store experiences.
- Support colleagues and team members within the boutique environment.
- Maintain an omnichannel sales approach to ensure optimal client experiences across all touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising, events, and product mix strategies.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA both inside and outside the boutique, particularly during events.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools to build long-lasting personal connections with clients.
- Ensure qualitative client data collection and utilize this data to engage clients in a personally relevant manner, capitalizing on business growth opportunities.
- Communicate the brand story and DNA in an inspiring manner, highlighting advantages and technical details to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to daily operational processes under boutique management supervision, including inventory, cash handling, security, and store opening and closing procedures.
- Effectively utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce and perform visual merchandising tasks.
- Coordinate aftersales operations until the return of the watch.
- Adhere to guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising, including window animation and product presentation.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Contribute to store maintenance and ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury watches, lifestyle trends, new technologies, and sports.
- Proficient selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, handling objections, and closing sales.
- Understanding of sales KPIs such as traffic, conversion, sales volume and value, ASP, and sales mix.
- Knowledge of clienteling KPIs and digital tools.
- Client-centric mindset focused on recruiting new clients and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to generate new ideas and solutions.
- Strong team spirit, integrity, and transparency.
- Ability to represent the Maison both in and outside the store with excellent presentation skills.
- Digitally savvy, fast learner, and rigorous.
