- Drive boutique sales by achieving personal KPIs and delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
- Support colleagues and team members in the boutique environment.
- Utilize omnichannel sales strategies to enhance client experiences across all touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising and event planning.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA at events and in the boutique.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives through effective outreach and appointment management.
- Ensure high-quality client data collection and leverage this data to personalize client interactions.
- Communicate the brand story and technical details to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to daily operational processes, including inventory management and store opening/closing procedures.
- Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively and perform visual merchandising tasks.
- Coordinate aftersales operations and ensure compliance with grooming and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- Knowledge and passion for watches, lifestyle trends, new technologies, and sports.
- Strong selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
- Understanding of sales KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and sales volume.
- Proficiency with digital tools and clienteling KPIs.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on client recruitment and relationship building.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Team spirit with high integrity and transparency.
- Ability to represent the brand with excellent presentation skills.
- Digitally savvy and a fast learner.
A minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail environment is required.
