- Drive sales performance by achieving and surpassing sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration with team members.
- Enhance boutique sales by focusing on key performance indicators and delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
- Support colleagues and team members in achieving collective boutique objectives.
- Implement omnichannel sales strategies to ensure a seamless client experience across all touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising, events, and product mix.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA at events and in daily interactions.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools and resources.
- Ensure accurate client data collection and utilize this data to personalize client interactions and grow business opportunities.
- Communicate the brand story and technical details effectively to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to daily operational excellence under the guidance of boutique management, including inventory, cash handling, and store maintenance.
- Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce for effective operations and visual merchandising.
- Coordinate aftersales operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to grooming, attitude, and visual merchandising guidelines to maintain brand standards.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of luxury retail procedures and clienteling KPIs.
- Proficient selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Adaptable and flexible with a strong team spirit.
- Digitally savvy with a keen interest in new trends and technologies.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment is required, with a focus on client engagement and sales performance.
