- Drive sales performance by achieving sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration on the sales floor.
- Support colleagues and team members within the boutique to enhance overall performance.
- Implement omnichannel sales strategies to ensure a seamless client experience across all touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising, events, and product mix.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA both in-store and at events.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools for client outreach and appointments.
- Ensure high-quality client data collection and utilize this data to personalize client interactions and grow the business.
- Communicate the brand story and technical details in an engaging manner to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to daily operational processes, including inventory, cash management, and store opening and closing procedures.
- Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively and perform visual merchandising tasks.
- Coordinate aftersales operations until the return of the watch.
- Adhere to guidelines related to grooming, attitude, and visual merchandising.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Maintain store upkeep and ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- Strong selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, and sales closing.
- Understanding of sales KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and sales volume and value.
- Knowledge of clienteling KPIs and digital tools.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on recruiting and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Ability to adapt to changes and propose new ideas and solutions.
- Team spirit, high integrity, and transparency.
- Ability to represent the brand effectively in and outside the store.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment is required.
