- Drive boutique sales and achieve objectives by focusing on personal KPIs and delivering memorable in-store experiences.
- Support colleagues and team members in the boutique environment.
- Maintain an omnichannel sales approach to enhance the client experience across all touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising and event planning.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA at events and in the boutique.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives through effective outreach and appointment management.
- Ensure qualitative client data collection and leverage data to personalize client interactions.
- Communicate the brand story and technical details to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to daily operational processes under boutique management supervision, including inventory and store maintenance.
- Utilize digital tools effectively, such as CEGID and Salesforce, and perform visual merchandising tasks.
- Coordinate aftersales operations until the return of the watch.
- Apply guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising rigorously.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of luxury watches, lifestyle trends, and new technologies.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on recruiting and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Adaptable to changes with a flexible approach to new ideas and solutions.
- Team spirit with high integrity and transparency.
- Digitally savvy with strong presentation skills.
