- Achieve and exceed sales targets as assigned.
- Cultivate and maintain a loyal customer base.
- Assist with daily boutique operations.
- Manage inventory and maintain excellent housekeeping conditions, including visual merchandising.
- Provide exceptional customer service by sharing product knowledge and following up on after-sales service matters.
- Monitor after-sales service of the customer database and support in-store marketing events.
- Act as a brand ambassador and uphold the TAG Heuer brand image.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail operations.
- Experience in the watches industry is advantageous.
- Diploma in retail is preferred.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Sales and result-oriented mindset.
- Excellent team collaboration skills.
- Strong customer service acumen.
Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail operations, preferably in the watches industry.
Diploma in retail is a plus.
