1. Achieve and exceed sales targets as assigned.
2. Cultivate and maintain a loyal customer base.
3. Assist with daily boutique operations.
4. Manage inventory and maintain excellent housekeeping conditions, including visual merchandising.
5. Provide exceptional customer service by sharing product knowledge and following up on after-sales service matters.
6. Monitor after-sales service of the customer database and support in-store marketing events.
7. Act as a brand ambassador and uphold the TAG Heuer brand image.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail operations.
2. Experience in the watches industry is advantageous.
3. Diploma in retail is preferred.

1. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Sales and result-oriented mindset.
4. Excellent team collaboration skills.
5. Strong customer service acumen.

Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail operations, preferably in the watches industry.

Diploma in retail is a plus.
