1. Achieve and exceed sales targets as assigned.
2. Cultivate and maintain a loyal customer base.
3. Assist with daily boutique operations.
4. Manage inventory and maintain excellent housekeeping and visual merchandising standards.
5. Provide exceptional customer service by sharing product knowledge and following up on after-sales service matters.
6. Monitor after-sales service of the customer database and support in-store marketing events.
7. Act as a brand ambassador and uphold the brand image for TAG Heuer.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail operations.
2. Experience in the watches industry is advantageous.
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

4. Proficient in customer service.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required.
