1. Achieve and exceed sales targets as assigned.
2. Cultivate and maintain a loyal customer base.
3. Assist with daily boutique operations.
4. Manage inventory and maintain boutique housekeeping, including visual merchandising.
5. Provide excellent customer service and share product knowledge with customers.
6. Monitor after-sales service and support in-store marketing events.
7. Act as a brand ambassador and uphold the brand image.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail operations.
2. Experience in the watches industry is advantageous.
3. Diploma in retail is a plus.

1. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Sales and result-oriented mindset.
4. Excellent teamwork capabilities.
5. Exceptional customer service skills.

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail operations, with a preference for experience in the watches industry.

Diploma in retail is advantageous.
