- Achieve and exceed sales targets as assigned.
- Cultivate and maintain a loyal customer base.
- Assist with daily boutique operations.
- Manage inventory and maintain boutique housekeeping, including visual merchandising.
- Provide excellent customer service and share product knowledge with customers.
- Monitor after-sales service and support in-store marketing events.
- Act as a brand ambassador and uphold the brand image.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail operations.
- Experience in the watches industry is advantageous.
- Diploma in retail is a plus.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Sales and result-oriented mindset.
- Excellent teamwork capabilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail operations, with a preference for experience in the watches industry.
Diploma in retail is advantageous.
