- Drive boutique sales by achieving personal sales targets and contributing to team objectives.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalized service and omnichannel engagement.
- Support colleagues and foster a collaborative team environment within the boutique.
- Propose innovative ideas to enhance sales, including merchandising and event initiatives.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA at events and in daily interactions.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives and leverage tools to build lasting client relationships.
- Ensure accurate client data collection and utilize data to personalize client interactions.
- Communicate the brand story and product details to build trust and client loyalty.
- Contribute to operational excellence by adhering to retail and administrative processes.
- Utilize digital tools effectively and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
- Coordinate aftersales operations and ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury retail, watches, and lifestyle trends.
- Client-centric mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Ability to adapt to changes and propose innovative solutions.

- Digitally savvy and a fast learner with rigorous attention to detail.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment is required.
Salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour plus commission and bonus.
