1. Drive boutique sales by achieving personal sales targets and contributing to team objectives.
2. Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalized service and omnichannel engagement.

4. Propose innovative ideas to enhance sales, including merchandising and event initiatives.
5. Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA at events and in daily interactions.
6. Achieve individual clienteling objectives and leverage tools to build lasting client relationships.
7. Ensure accurate client data collection and utilize data to personalize client interactions.
8. Communicate the brand story and product details to build trust and client loyalty.
9. Contribute to operational excellence by adhering to retail and administrative processes.
10. Utilize digital tools effectively and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
11. Coordinate aftersales operations and ensure compliance with internal control policies.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
3. In-depth knowledge of luxury retail, watches, and lifestyle trends.

Salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour plus commission and bonus.
