- Increase boutique sales and achieve objectives through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Support colleagues and team members within the boutique.
- Maintain an omnichannel sales approach to enhance client experience across all touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas to develop sales, including merchandising and events.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer’s brand DNA at events and in the boutique.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools.
- Ensure qualitative client data collection and utilize data to personalize client interactions.
- Communicate the brand story and technical details to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to daily operations under boutique management supervision, including inventory and cash handling.
- Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively and perform visual merchandising tasks.
- Coordinate aftersales operations until the return of the watch.
- Adhere to guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Strong sales and clienteling skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools such as CEGID and Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to propose and implement innovative sales strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Beginner level experience in sales or client-facing roles is required.
