1. Achieve individual and store sales targets through expert selling techniques.
2. Deliver exceptional in-store client experiences.
3. Collaborate effectively with the boutique team to enhance sales performance.
4. Contribute innovative ideas to boost sales through merchandising, events, and product mix.
5. Embrace omnichannel sales strategies to maximize client engagement.
6. Act as a passionate TAG Heuer Brand Ambassador both in and outside the boutique.
7. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through clienteling, outreach, and appointments.
8. Communicate the TAG Heuer story and brand values with enthusiasm.
9. Support daily boutique operations under management supervision.
10. Utilize retail tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively.
11. Oversee aftersales processes until product return.
12. Uphold grooming, attitude, and visual merchandising standards.
13. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
14. Ensure store maintenance and compliance with internal policies.

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail, ideally within watches or jewelry.
2. Proven track record in sales and client service.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in French and English.
4. Demonstrated ability in clienteling and customer focus.
5. High commercial awareness and attention to detail.
6. Proficiency with retail/CRM tools such as CEGID and Salesforce.
7. Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
8. Strong personal presentation.
9. Passion for luxury and the TAG Heuer brand.
