- Achieve individual and store sales targets through expert selling techniques.
- Deliver exceptional in-store client experiences.
- Collaborate effectively with the boutique team to enhance sales performance.
- Contribute innovative ideas to boost sales through merchandising, events, and product mix.
- Embrace omnichannel sales strategies to maximize client engagement.
- Act as a passionate TAG Heuer Brand Ambassador both in and outside the boutique.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through clienteling, outreach, and appointments.
- Communicate the TAG Heuer story and brand values with enthusiasm.
- Support daily boutique operations under management supervision.
- Utilize retail tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively.
- Oversee aftersales processes until product return.
- Uphold grooming, attitude, and visual merchandising standards.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Ensure store maintenance and compliance with internal policies.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail, ideally within watches or jewelry.
- Proven track record in sales and client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in French and English.
- Demonstrated ability in clienteling and customer focus.
- High commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with retail/CRM tools such as CEGID and Salesforce.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong personal presentation.
- Passion for luxury and the TAG Heuer brand.
