- Increase boutique sales and achieve objectives through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Support colleagues and team members within the boutique environment.
- Ensure omnichannel sales strategies are implemented for optimal client experiences.
- Propose innovative ideas to enhance sales, including merchandising and events.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA at events and in daily interactions.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools.
- Ensure qualitative client data collection and utilize it to enhance client relationships.
- Communicate the brand story and technical details to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and store maintenance.
- Utilize digital tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively.
- Coordinate aftersales operations until the return of the watch.
- Apply guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge or passion for watches, lifestyle trends, and new technologies.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on recruiting and nurturing client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

A minimum of two years' experience in a luxury retail environment is required, with a focus on client engagement and sales.
