1. Increase boutique sales and achieve objectives through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
2. Support colleagues and team members within the boutique environment.
3. Ensure omnichannel sales strategies are implemented for optimal client experiences.
4. Propose innovative ideas to enhance sales, including merchandising and events.
5. Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA at events and in daily interactions.
6. Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools.
7. Ensure qualitative client data collection and utilize it to enhance client relationships.
8. Communicate the brand story and technical details to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
9. Contribute to daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and store maintenance.
10. Utilize digital tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively.
11. Coordinate aftersales operations until the return of the watch.
12. Apply guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.
13. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
14. Ensure compliance with internal control policies.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
3. In-depth knowledge or passion for watches, lifestyle trends, and new technologies.
