TAG Heuer Client Advisor

- Deliver exceptional in-store client experiences and consistently achieve individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and strong product storytelling.
- Develop and grow the active client base through proactive clienteling: outreach, appointment-setting, follow-ups and tailored aftersales coordination until return of the watch.
- Leverage omnichannel touchpoints to maximise sales opportunities and ensure a seamless client journey across digital and in-store channels.
- Contribute to daily retail operations including inventory control, cash handling, security, store opening/closing and compliance with internal control policies.
- Execute visual merchandising standards (window animation, product presentation, catalogues) and maintain professional grooming and presentation guidelines.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive, inclusive and collaborative boutique environment; propose merchandising or event ideas to drive traffic and sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury retail or boutique sales environment.
- Strong knowledge or passion for watches, contemporary lifestyle trends, sports and related technologies.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proven selling skills: client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, objection handling and closing.
- Familiarity with retail and clienteling KPIs (traffic, conversion, ASP, mix) and a track record of meeting targets.
