- Drive sales performance by achieving personal sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Enhance boutique sales by delivering exceptional in-store experiences and services.
- Support colleagues and team members within the boutique environment.
- Utilize omnichannel sales strategies to ensure optimal client experiences across all touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising, events, and product mix.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA both in-store and at events.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools and resources.
- Ensure accurate client data collection and utilize this data to personalize client interactions.
- Communicate the brand story and product details effectively to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to daily operational processes under boutique management supervision, including inventory and cash handling.
- Properly utilize all tools such as CEGID and Salesforce, and perform visual merchandising tasks.
- Coordinate aftersales operations until product return.
- Adhere to guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge and passion for watches, lifestyle trends, new technologies, and sports.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on recruiting and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail environment, with a focus on client engagement and sales.
