1. Drive sales performance by achieving personal sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
2. Enhance boutique sales by delivering exceptional in-store experiences and services.
3. Support colleagues and team members within the boutique environment.
4. Utilize omnichannel sales strategies to ensure optimal client experiences across all touchpoints.
5. Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising, events, and product mix.
6. Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA both in-store and at events.
7. Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools and resources.
8. Ensure accurate client data collection and utilize this data to personalize client interactions.
9. Communicate the brand story and product details effectively to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
10. Contribute to daily operational processes under boutique management supervision, including inventory and cash handling.
11. Properly utilize all tools such as CEGID and Salesforce, and perform visual merchandising tasks.
12. Coordinate aftersales operations until product return.
13. Adhere to guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.
14. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
15. Ensure compliance with internal control policies.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
3. Strong knowledge and passion for watches, lifestyle trends, new technologies, and sports.
