- Drive sales performance by achieving individual sales targets and contributing to boutique objectives.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and services in-store.
- Support team members and collaborate effectively within the boutique environment.
- Utilize omnichannel sales strategies to enhance client experiences across all touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising and event planning.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA at events and in the boutique.
- Achieve clienteling objectives through effective outreach and appointment management.
- Ensure accurate client data collection and leverage data to personalize client interactions.
- Communicate the brand story and technical product details to build client trust and loyalty.
- Contribute to daily operational processes, including inventory management and store maintenance.
- Utilize digital tools effectively, including CEGID and Salesforce.
- Coordinate aftersales operations and ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury watches, lifestyle trends, and new technologies.
- Strong selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
- Understanding of sales KPIs and clienteling KPIs.
- Proficiency in digital tools and retail procedures.
- Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Adaptable and flexible, with a team spirit and high integrity.
- Digitally savvy and a fast learner.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, with a focus on sales and client relations.
