2. Deliver exceptional client experiences and services in-store.

4. Utilize omnichannel sales strategies to enhance client experiences across all touchpoints.
5. Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising and event planning.
6. Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA at events and in the boutique.
7. Achieve clienteling objectives through effective outreach and appointment management.
8. Ensure accurate client data collection and leverage data to personalize client interactions.
9. Communicate the brand story and technical product details to build client trust and loyalty.
10. Contribute to daily operational processes, including inventory management and store maintenance.
11. Utilize digital tools effectively, including CEGID and Salesforce.
12. Coordinate aftersales operations and ensure compliance with internal control policies.
13. Maintain high standards of grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
3. In-depth knowledge of luxury watches, lifestyle trends, and new technologies.

2. Understanding of sales KPIs and clienteling KPIs.
3. Proficiency in digital tools and retail procedures.
