- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Enhance the client experience by maintaining an omnichannel approach and proposing new sales strategies, including merchandising and events.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA and fostering long-lasting client relationships through personalized outreach and appointments.
- Ensure the accurate collection and utilization of client data to enhance customer engagement and business growth.
- Communicate the brand's story and technical details of products to build trust and foster client loyalty.
- Contribute to operational excellence by adhering to retail and administrative processes, including inventory management and store maintenance.
- Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively, and coordinate aftersales operations.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, attitude, and visual merchandising to uphold the brand's image.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail industry.
- Strong sales and service orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic environment.
- High integrity and honesty.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit.
