- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.

- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA and fostering long-lasting client relationships through events and personalized clienteling strategies.
- Ensure operational excellence by adhering to retail and administrative processes, including inventory management, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment while ensuring compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Strong selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
- In-depth understanding of sales KPIs and clienteling metrics.
- Proficiency in digital tools and a keen interest in brand history and collections.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and contribute innovative solutions.
A minimum of 2 years in luxury retail, with a focus on watches and lifestyle trends.
