- Drive boutique sales by achieving personal sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Support team members in achieving collective sales goals.
- Utilize omnichannel sales strategies to enhance the client experience.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising and event planning.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's values and participating in events.
- Achieve clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools for client outreach and engagement.
- Collect and utilize client data to personalize interactions and grow business opportunities.
- Communicate the brand's story and technical details to foster trust and long-term relationships.
- Contribute to daily operational processes, including inventory management and store maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with retail and administrative procedures, including grooming and visual merchandising standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge or passion for watches, lifestyle trends, and new technologies.
- Proficient in selling techniques, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
- Understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs.
- Familiarity with digital tools and retail procedures.
- Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Adaptable and flexible with a team spirit and high integrity.
- Digitally savvy and a fast learner.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail is required, with a focus on client engagement and sales performance.
Salary ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, plus commission and quarterly bonuses.
