- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Enhance the client experience by maintaining a focus on omnichannel sales and leveraging all client touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising strategies, events, and product mix optimization.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA and representing the brand at events.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives by utilizing available tools to build long-lasting personal connections with clients.
- Ensure qualitative client data collection and leverage this data to address clients in a personalized manner.
- Communicate the brand story and technical details effectively to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to daily operational processes, including inventory management, cash handling, and store opening and closing procedures.
- Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce efficiently and perform visual merchandising tasks.
- Coordinate aftersales operations until the return of the watch and ensure compliance with grooming, attitude, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment and contribute to store maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury goods industry.
- Sales and service orientation with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Mature, adaptable, and flexible with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury goods industry and customer base.
- Passion for retail, timepieces, and jewellery.
- High integrity and honesty.
- Ability to represent the brand and act as an ambassador.
- Team player with efficient computer literacy skills.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury goods industry.
