- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets.
- Provide exceptional client service at all times.
- Cultivate and maintain a loyal client base.
- Assist with daily boutique operations.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through clienteling initiatives.
- Maintain the boutique's visual and operational standards, including security procedures and stock management.
- Actively participate in team sales efforts and daily boutique duties.
- Collaborate with management to enhance boutique operations.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, upholding TAG Heuer's image.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability with work schedules.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Sales and service orientation.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with the luxury goods industry.
- Passion for retail, timepieces, and jewellery.

- Efficient computer literacy.
A minimum of three years of experience in a similar capacity within the luxury retail sector is required.
