- Drive sales performance by achieving sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration on the sales floor.
- Support colleagues and team members in the boutique to enhance overall performance.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience by considering all client touchpoints, including omnichannel sales.
- Propose innovative ideas to develop sales, including merchandising, events, and product mix.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA at events and in the boutique.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools for outreach, appointments, and sales.
- Ensure qualitative client data collection and leverage data to address clients in a personalized manner.
- Communicate the brand story and technical details to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to daily operational processes under the supervision of Boutique management, including inventory, cash handling, and store opening and closing.
- Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively and perform visual merchandising.
- Coordinate aftersales operations until the return of the watch.
- Apply guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising rigorously.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- Knowledge and passion for watches, lifestyle trends, new technologies, and sports.
- Proficient selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, and sales closing.
- Understanding of sales KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and sales in volume and value.
- Knowledge of clienteling KPIs and digital tools.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on recruiting new clients and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Adaptable to changes and able to propose new ideas and solutions.
- Strong team spirit, integrity, and transparency.
- Ability to represent the Maison both in and outside the store with excellent presentation skills.
- Digitally savvy, fast learner, and rigorous.
Beginner level experience is required, ideally with a background in luxury retail.
