1. Drive boutique sales by achieving personal KPIs and delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
2. Support team members to enhance overall boutique performance.
3. Utilize omnichannel sales strategies to optimize client experiences across all touchpoints.
4. Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising and event planning.
5. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's values and participating in events.
6. Achieve clienteling objectives through strategic outreach and personalized service.
7. Collect and leverage client data to foster meaningful connections and business growth.
8. Communicate the brand's story and technical details to build trust and loyalty.
9. Contribute to daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and store maintenance.

11. Coordinate aftersales operations and ensure adherence to internal control policies.

1. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a retail or related environment.
2. Fluency in English and Spanish; additional language skills are advantageous.
3. Affinity with fashion, jewelry, and watchmaking industries.
