1. Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
2. Enhance the client experience by ensuring an omnichannel approach, considering all client touchpoints.

4. Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising and event planning.
5. Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA at events and in-store.
6. Achieve clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools to build lasting client relationships.
7. Ensure accurate client data collection and utilize this data to personalize client interactions.
8. Communicate the brand story and product details effectively to build trust and long-term relationships.
9. Contribute to daily operational processes, including inventory management and store maintenance.
10. Ensure compliance with retail and administrative processes, including grooming and visual merchandising standards.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
3. In-depth knowledge of luxury retail and watch industry trends.
4. Understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs.
