- Drive boutique sales by achieving individual sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences and services, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising and event planning.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA at events and in the boutique.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools for client outreach and appointments.
- Ensure accurate client data collection and utilize this data to personalize client interactions.
- Communicate the brand story and product details to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to daily operational processes, including inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with retail and administrative processes, including grooming and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Coordinate aftersales operations and ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury watches, lifestyle trends, and new technologies.
- Strong selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
- Understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs.
- Proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems.
- Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions.
- Team-oriented with high integrity and transparency.
- Digitally savvy and a fast learner.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment, with a focus on client development and sales performance.
