1. Meet individual and boutique sales targets.
2. Provide exceptional client service at all times.
3. Cultivate and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Assist with daily boutique operations.
5. Build long-term relationships with clients.
6. Maintain excellent condition of all displays and adhere to security procedures.
7. Participate in stock-takes and ensure smooth boutique operations.
8. Follow up on sales leads and develop clients into long-term relationships.
9. Collaborate with colleagues in sales and participate in daily boutique duties.
10. Work with management to improve business operations.
11. Act as a brand ambassador and uphold the brand image.
12. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability with scheduling.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

2. Maturity, adaptability, and flexibility.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Familiarity with the luxury goods industry and clientele.
5. Passion for retail, timepieces, and jewellery.
6. High integrity and honesty.
7. Ability to represent the brand as an ambassador.
8. Team player.
9. Efficient computer literacy skills.

A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
