1. Lead sales efforts on the boutique floor, driving sales and achieving targets.
2. Analyze retail performance KPIs to identify business opportunities and develop comprehensive action plans.
3. Stay informed about the watch industry and local market competition.
4. Set and review individual and team objectives, providing feedback and development opportunities.
5. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment to ensure team motivation and cohesion.
6. Recruit and hire new team members.
7. Ensure exceptional customer service and embody TAG Heuer's brand values as a passionate ambassador.
8. Maintain luxury standards in grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.
9. Develop long-term client relationships and set clienteling objectives.
10. Plan and coordinate events in line with brand strategy, assessing ROI.
11. Oversee boutique operations including inventory, cash, security, and compliance with internal policies.
12. Supervise store expenses and maintenance.
