- Drive sales performance on the boutique floor, achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Analyze retail performance KPIs to identify business opportunities and implement comprehensive action plans.
- Stay informed about the watch industry and local market competition.

Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, with potential bonuses or commissions.
