- Actively engage on the sales floor to boost boutique sales and achieve objectives.
- Analyze retail performance KPIs to identify business opportunities and develop comprehensive action plans.
- Stay informed about the watch industry and local market competition.
- Set individual and collective objectives, monitor performance, and conduct team reviews.
- Provide immediate feedback and development opportunities to team members.
- Ensure team motivation and cohesion, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Identify and recruit new team members.
- Deliver exceptional service to all store visitors.
- Embody TAG Heuer's brand values and act as a passionate Brand Ambassador.
- Maintain luxury standards in grooming, attitudes, and Visual Merchandising.
- Network and connect with local influencers.
- Lead the team in developing long-term client relationships.
- Set and monitor clienteling objectives, leveraging client data for business growth.
- Plan and coordinate events in line with brand strategy, assessing ROI.
- Oversee boutique operational processes, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
- Supervise store expenses and maintenance.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Creative business driver with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Inspirational leadership with the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
- Client-centric mindset focused on recruiting new clients and growing the client base.
- Agile management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 5 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
Salary is commensurate with experience: USD $90,000 - $100,000 with annual and quarterly incentives.
