- Actively engage on the sales floor to boost boutique sales and surpass objectives.
- Analyze retail performance KPIs to identify business opportunities and develop comprehensive action plans.
- Stay informed about the watch industry and local market competition.
- Set and monitor individual and team objectives, conducting performance reviews.
- Mentor and support team members, providing immediate feedback and development opportunities.
- Foster team motivation and cohesion, promoting a positive work environment.
- Identify and recruit new team members.
- Ensure exceptional client service and train teams in Client Experience excellence.
- Represent TAG Heuer as a passionate Brand Ambassador at events and in the boutique.
- Maintain luxury standards in grooming, attitudes, and Visual Merchandising.
- Network with local influencers to enhance brand presence.
- Lead the team in developing long-term client relationships.
- Set and track clienteling objectives, leveraging client data to personalize outreach.
- Plan and execute events in line with brand strategy, coordinating stakeholders and assessing ROI.
- Oversee boutique operations, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and policies.
- Supervise store expenses and maintenance, showing initiative to improve processes.
- Management experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Mastery of selling skills and sales KPIs.
- Knowledge of TAG Heuer’s brand DNA and history.
- Creative and results-oriented business driver.
