- Actively engage in sales activities to boost boutique sales and achieve targets.
- Analyze retail KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales metrics to identify business opportunities and develop comprehensive action plans.
- Stay informed about the watchmaking industry and local market competition.
- Set individual and team objectives, monitor performance, and conduct evaluations.
- Mentor and support team members, providing immediate feedback and fostering their development.
- Ensure team motivation and cohesion, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Recruit and onboard new team members.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all boutique visitors.
- Embody and promote TAG Heuer's brand values both inside and outside the boutique, especially during events.
- Ensure luxury standards and internal guidelines are met in presentation, attitude, and visual merchandising.
- Develop a network and connect with local influencers.
- Lead the team in building long-term customer relationships.
- Set and monitor clienteling objectives, ensuring qualitative data collection and personalized customer engagement.
- Oversee boutique operational processes, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines, including inventory, cash handling, and security.
- Supervise store expenses and maintenance.
- Experience in luxury retail management.
