- Cultivate and expand a loyal clientele, both local and international, utilizing available tools and resources.
- Deliver a unique customer experience and impeccable service.
- Efficiently manage customer relations, disputes, and complaints.
- Ensure the brand's image is upheld through merchandising, cleanliness, and staff presentation.
- Implement commercial policies and achieve set objectives (sales, KPIs).
- Guarantee service quality on the sales floor and oversee business operations.
- Ensure adherence to retail excellence and sales procedures.
- Provide necessary support for sales advisors to meet their targets.
- Monitor and report on store and team performance.
- Coordinate with support teams to maintain product availability and quality.
- Train and integrate new team members in alignment with TAG Heuer's values.
- Foster a trusting team environment through close management and support.
- Set individual and team objectives, evaluate performance, and identify training needs.
- Coach and train teams to ensure continuous development of skills.
- Manage administrative tasks for the sales team (scheduling, leave, training, uniforms).
- Oversee stock management and security of displayed and stored items.
- Conduct regular and closing inventories.
- Maintain the boutique's appearance and ensure compliance with cash handling procedures.
- Ensure the safety of people and assets by guiding the sales team on security procedures and coordinating with external security agents.
- Commercial education background.
- Successful management and luxury retail sales experience, preferably in horology.
- Fluency in French and English; a third language is highly desirable.
- Innate customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
