1. Actively engage on the sales floor to enhance boutique sales and achieve targets.
2. Analyze retail performance KPIs to identify business opportunities and implement comprehensive action plans.
3. Stay informed about the watch industry and local market competition.
4. Set individual and team objectives, monitor performance, and conduct reviews.
5. Support and develop team members, ensuring motivation and cohesion.
6. Recruit and integrate new team members.

8. Maintain luxury standards in grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.
9. Develop long-term client relationships and manage clienteling objectives.
10. Plan and coordinate events in line with brand strategy, assessing ROI.
11. Oversee boutique operational processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
12. Supervise store expenses and maintenance.
