1. Actively engage on the sales floor to drive boutique sales and achieve objectives.
2. Analyze retail performance KPIs to identify business opportunities and establish comprehensive action plans.
3. Stay informed about the watch industry and local market competitive environment.
4. Set individual and collective objectives, monitor performance, and conduct team reviews.
5. Provide immediate feedback and development support to team members.
