1. Provide professional consultation and support to both national and international clientele.

5. Contribute to event planning and execute clienteling initiatives.

9. Oversee order processes, goods receipt, and inventory management.
10. Analyze and report monthly results, participating in financial processes.
11. Set and evaluate sales targets.
12. Prepare customer and competitor analyses.

1. Completed academic or commercial education.
2. Extensive professional network within Hamburg and strong networking skills.
3. Minimum of five years of experience in luxury goods sales with leadership responsibilities.
4. Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and idea implementation.
5. Native-level German and business-fluent English; French is advantageous.
6. Affinity for luxury products and understanding of effective presentation techniques.
