1. Actively engage on the sales floor to drive boutique sales and achieve objectives.
2. Analyze retail performance KPIs and develop comprehensive action plans to address business opportunities.
3. Stay informed about the watch industry and local market competition.
4. Set individual and team objectives, monitor performance, and conduct performance reviews.
5. Provide on-the-floor support and feedback to team members to enhance their development.
