- Actively engage on the sales floor to drive boutique sales and achieve objectives.
- Analyze retail performance KPIs and develop comprehensive action plans to address business opportunities.
- Stay informed about the watch industry and local market competition.
- Set individual and team objectives, monitor performance, and conduct performance reviews.
- Provide on-the-floor support and feedback to team members to enhance their development.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment to ensure team motivation and cohesion.
- Identify and recruit new team members.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and act as a brand ambassador for TAG Heuer.
- Maintain luxury standards in grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.
- Network with local influencers to enhance brand presence.
- Lead the team in developing long-term client relationships and set clienteling objectives.
- Ensure qualitative client data collection and leverage data for personalized client engagement.
- Plan and coordinate events in line with brand strategy and assess ROI.
- Oversee boutique operations, ensuring compliance with internal control policies and managing store expenses.
- Management experience in a luxury retail environment.

Minimum 5 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
