TAG Heuer Boutique Manager

- Drive sales performance on the boutique floor, achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Analyze retail performance KPIs to identify business opportunities and develop comprehensive action plans.
- Stay informed about the watch industry and local market competitive environment.
- Set individual and team objectives, monitor performance, and conduct performance reviews.
- Provide on-the-floor support and feedback to team members, fostering their development.
- Ensure team motivation and cohesion, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Identify and recruit new team members.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all boutique visitors.
- Represent TAG Heuer brand values as a passionate Brand Ambassador at events and in the boutique.
- Ensure grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising meet luxury standards and guidelines.
- Network and connect with local influencers.
- Lead the team in developing long-term client relationships.
- Set and monitor clienteling objectives, leveraging client data to enhance business growth.
- Plan and coordinate events in line with brand strategy, assessing ROI.
- Oversee boutique operational processes, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and policies.
- Supervise store expenses and maintenance.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Creative business driver with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Inspirational leadership with the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
- Client-centric mindset focused on client recruitment and retention.
- Agility in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 5 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment is required.
Salary is commensurate with experience: $115,000 - $125,000 base salary plus bonus.
